You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access methods and for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, reverse engineering where prohibited, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

3. App access and data

To provide consistent access across devices, we may store your sign-in identifiers (GoogleID and AppleID) as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, text, graphics, and content, are owned by or licensed to Sregen Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Third-party services

The Services may include integrations or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or terms of those third parties.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sregen Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
